To fart or not to fart – that is the question. As a matter of fact, when my kids were little, we’d call it “popping a bunny.”  Now, I just let it all hang out and say, “OK! WHO FARTED?” So to fart of not to fart  – that is the question is a stupid question because who wants to fart in mixed company – unless that person has a chromosome missing.

No matter what you call this phenomena of nature i.e., to fart or not to fart – that is the question is always funny. Personally, I’d prefer not to do this in mixed company but I’m been moved stifled hysteria and had to leave the room when someone farted in “tight” situations, i.e., board meetings, church, etc. So if you need a smile put on your face, check out Jim Carrey in To fart of not to fart – that is the question. Jim Carrey’s CSI spoof on Letterman honest to God – makes me laugh out loud. Ever watch David Caruso tilt his head just so and give that certain Horatio Caine “I’ve only got one expression in my whole body and this is it …or better still, “be still female hearts – you might be the one!” Oh please give me a break – that look is more like what a woman’s face looks like in the last throws of labor pains looking at the guy who put her there (I could be wrong but I don’t think so). And Jim Carrey’s CSI spoof on the Letterman show is just so funny.

An actor like David Caruso has a certain life span in show biz…because he only does one thing and only has one expression to do it with. Plus he’s starting to look like aging Irish elf. Jim Carrey on the other hand is multi talented doing his off the wall stchiks but he’s also a seriously good dramatic actor – in the same class as Anthony Hopkins. Don’t think so? Go rent a video and check out his performance in ‘The Truman Show.”

Jim Carrey as Vera DiMilo – female body builder is buffed, beautiful and bitchin! This is Jim Carrey at his best doing all his wild and crazy shticks to make us laugh. Outside of the fact that he is totally off the wall as a comic – he is also one on the finest dramatic actors in Hollywood – but he always needs a strong director to reign him in – same as Robin Williams. They are two of a kind – they take the script, improvise and then they’re off and running ..this is their genius. When they are cast in dramatic roles, they usually give award winning performances. Comedy, however, is much harder for an actor to do than drama – and both Jim Carrey and Robin Williams can perform in both venues to perfection. Watching Jim Carrey as Vera DiMilo – female body builder just made me laugh out loud.

My main squeeze, Lard Ass the Movie Critic, came into the room and said, “Yes…next to Dumb and Dumber, – this is one of his finest moments!” (This from a man with 3 PHDs) We’re off today to look at donkeys…True Love says they make great watch dogs…(like how would he know?) What is the matter with this man? Why doesn’t he just get a German Sheppard? But no – he’s read some obscure article about donkeys making great watch dogs. Actually I’d like to have a little pot belly pig but that’s not going to happen.
