James Brown and Pavarotti perform “It’s a Man’s World” in Heaven. Well, I guess if anyone could use a good laugh – it’s God…what with all the fighting, killing, greed and just overall bitching going on -on this planet called earth. However, there’s none of that at this concert – just James Brown and Pavarotti performing,  It’s a Mans World” in Heaven. The King of Soul meets the King of Opera in Heaven and they just sing! sing! sing! It’s obvious they’re having a ball and like each other. I would love to have attended that concert (when they were alive – not in heaven just yet!)

Sometimes,  I go outside and sing along with James B.  -”I Feel Good” and even the horses, deer and wild turkeys look like they’re moving a little differently….Same with Tina Turner and me singing and dancing to “Proud Mary.” On one such inspired day, I felt someone (outside of the animals) staring at me. It was my main squeeze, Lard Ass the Nosy. Well, what the hell, I thought, “Am I having a Kodak moment?” He was just staring at me like I was a candidate for “Ripley’s Believe it or Not”. When our eyes locked, he just shook his head and walked away. Undaunted, I continued my routine. Yep! I’m a star in my own mind.

Find something to put a smile on your face :D I think James Brown and Pavarotti perform “It’s a Man’s World” in Heaven should do the trick.

Something to consider:  Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you’re a mile away and you have their shoes!
